Privacy policy
Effective date: September 9th 2025
Summary (Plain English)
We don’t run analytics, ads, or trackers, and we don’t sell or share your data. The only data touched is minimal server logs needed to operate and protect the site.
Who we are
This site (“Website”) is operated by Michael Romeo Rado to showcase professional work and services.
What we collect (minimal server logs)
Our hosting stack generates standard server logs that we can access. These logs may include:
IP address, date/time, URL path, referrer, user agent, and HTTP status code.
Why we access logs: to keep the site running (performance), prevent abuse and attacks (security), and troubleshoot errors.
What we don’t do: no profiling, no cross-site tracking, no sale or sharing of log data.
We retain server logs indefinitely and purge them only as required for storage capacity management (e.g., rotation/deletion when space is needed). Specific entries may be preserved longer for security or legal reasons.
Cookies, trackers, and third parties
Cookies/local storage: none used by us.
Analytics/ads/fingerprinting: none.
Embeds: We currently do not use third-party embeds. If we add them (e.g., video, maps), those services may collect data under their own policies; we’ll update this page first.
Contacting us
If you email us directly (e.g., via a mailto link), we will receive whatever you send. We’ll use it only to respond and will delete it upon request.

Your rights
Because we don’t maintain user accounts or a marketing database, there’s usually nothing to access, correct, or delete. For server logs, we generally can’t identify a specific person without additional information from you, but you can still contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Children’s privacy
This Website isn’t directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect information from children.Legal bases & location (for GDPR regions)
If you are in the EU/UK, our processing of minimal server logs is based on legitimate interests (security, reliability). Hosting and log storage may occur in the US.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be clearly posted before they take effect.
